|Young people utilise massage, stretching and breathing exercises to self regulate, empowering them to cope well with feelings, moods and reactions.|

|The sessions help young people to engage using tools to develop optimum mental wellbeing. They are shown how to use self-massage as a calming strategy that can be used in challenging times. Young people are shown how to use breathing exercises as a useful tool for coping with feelings and bringing calmness and restfulness.|
