What we do…

Mind Marvels support young people with their emotional health and wellbeing using calming strategies and practical tools. Our sessions are based on the NHS 5 Steps to Mental Wellbeing; Learn, Move, Connect, Mindful and Be Kind. Mind Marvels encourage young people to feel more confident, build resilience and learn skills for life.

We deliver sessions in educational establishments and organisations, offer staff training and host family and young person sessions online.

Emotional wellbeing with Mind Marvels

Emotional wellbeing sessions, exploring feelings and offering calming solutions for now and the future.

My 3 year old son has one to one sessions and I would definitely recommend. He has surprised me by how much he has engaged with some of the activities such as relaxing and breathing and really seems to have taken the sessions on board. We will definitely continue with the sessions.


Learning 2

Karen was amazing at our Peer Gathering. Her flexibility with not knowing numbers of kids or ages was a real bonus. Feedback was really positive!

Learning Life Skills

Karen is warm and friendly with the children and young people. This is a great opportunity for our children to learn important life skills while having fun together. Karen helps children learn practical ways of identifying, understanding and coping with feelings and challenges…a terrific way to support good mental health.



Karen captured the attention of 40 3-5 year olds which allowed them to learn different emotions, breathing techniques, massage and affirmations. The children loved the whole experience, and feedback was very positive from staff. Highly recommend Karen from Mind Marvels.

I recently attended a parent and child relaxation class and we both loved it. Karen was so welcoming from the beginning and we learned lots of different techniques.
