Welcome to Mind Marvels
We teach young people how to manage their emotional health and wellbeing, embedded within the NHS 5 Steps to Mental Wellbeing (learn, move, connect, mindful and be kind). Mind Marvels sessions allow young people to feel increased confidence as they learn calming strategies to self regulate their own emotions. We deliver sessions in educational establishments and host family sessions online through our membership programme.
Mind Marvels deliver emotional wellbeing sessions based on the NHS 5 Steps to Wellbeing.
Each step is designed to give young people calming tools and engaging activities to help regulate their own emotions, now and for life. Our sessions are directly linked to health and wellbeing outcomes within Curriculum for Excellence too.

Mind Marvels sessions are closely linked to Curriculum for Excellence Health and Wellbeing Outcomes.
My 3 year old son has one to one sessions and I would definitely recommend. He has surprised me by how much he has engaged with some of the activities such as meditation and breathing and really seems to have taken the sessions on board. We will definitely continue with the sessions.
Karen was amazing at our Peer Gathering. Her flexibility with not knowing numbers of kids or ages was a real bonus. Feedback was really positive!

I won a taster session with Karen for our LA Nursery. Karen captured the attention of 40 3-5 year olds which allowed them to learn different emotions, breathing techniques, massage and an affirmation. The children loved the whole experience, and feedback was very positive from staff. We will hopefully get Mind Marvels back again in the new term, but in the meantime we will use the relaxation techniques with the children ourselves. Highly recommend Karen from Mind Marvels.
I recently attended the parent and child relaxation class and we both loved it. Karen was so welcoming from the beginning and we learned lots of different techniques. My son enjoyed them so much that we have them incorporated into different parts of our daily routine. Would highly recommend to anyone.
